General FAQs

Why were the 2020 Festival of Arts Fine Art Show and Pageant of the Masters cancelled?

Due to COVID-19 pandemic concerns and per state, federal and local guidelines, the 2020 Pageant of the Masters and Festival of Arts Fine Art Show have been cancelled.

Can you reschedule the events for this fall or winter?

Many employees and volunteers for the Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters are students and teachers and unable to participate outside of the summer season. Additionally, the Festival of Arts venue is rented by nonprofits throughout the off-season and we would be unable to reschedule without conflicting with other events.

How can I support your non-profit organization?

Please support us through a tax-deductible donation to help us sustain our operation through these unprecedented times. A donation in any amount is needed not only to support our signature summer events but will also help us to continue the Festival’s ability to underwrite art scholarships, sponsor arts education programs, support working artists and provide access to the fine arts for the broader community.

Note: The new CARES Act offers you a new tax benefit in return for your generosity. Donors can now use a universal tax deduction of up to $300 on their 2020 tax return if they take the standard deduction. Please consult your tax advisor regarding new 2020 tax deduction opportunities.

Pageant of the Masters

May I donate my Pageant tickets back to the organization?

Yes, donating your tickets would help us to financially weather this unexpected crisis and support our continuing art programs. You will also receive priority ordering for next year’s  show as soon as tickets become available for sale.

Additionally, if you donate your tickets, you will be entered into a drawing to win a chance of a lifetime walk-on role in next summer’s presentation of the Pageant of the Masters. The drawing will be held on September 4, 2020; ten (10) winners will be selected and notified by email or phone. Click here for more information.

Note: The new CARES Act offers you a new tax benefit in return for your generosity. Donors can now use a universal tax deduction of up to $300 on their 2020 tax return if they take the standard deduction. Please consult your tax advisor regarding new 2020 tax deduction opportunities.

May I turn my 2020 tickets into a credit to use towards purchasing tickets for next summer’s Pageant production?

Yes. If you choose to take credit, you will receive priority ordering for the 2021 Pageant production as soon as tickets become available for sale.

What if I gifted tickets through your Masters at Giving program?

Any tickets gifted through our 2020 Masters at Giving program will be extended to the 2021 Pageant of the Masters performance.
