Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The “Share Your Happy” sweepstakes is open to persons of all ages. The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States and Canada and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Festival of Arts, Pageant of the Masters, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Festival of Arts, Pageant of the Masters as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on Monday, June 8, 2015. All online entries must be received by Wednesday, July 8, 2015 11:59PM PST.
How to Enter: Candidates may enter the sweepstakes by posting a photo of their happy moment on the Festival of Arts, Pageant of the Masters Facebook or their personal Twitter or Instagram accounts using the hashtags #ShareYourHappy #FestivalPageant. The entry must contain both hashtags to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications will not be entered. There is no limit on the number of entries per person.
Prizes: The grand winner will receive a VIP Pageant of the Masters package with concert reserved seating on celebrity night! Total value is over $2000.

No cash or other prize substitution permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Festival of Arts, Pageant of the Masters to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Share Your Happy sweepstakes will be selected randomly under the supervision of Festival of Arts, Pageant of the Masters. The winner will be notified via the social media account that he or she used to enter the Sweepstakes. Festival of Arts, Pageant of the Masters will contact the winner by posting the winning photo on all social media platforms and tagging the username provided. If the selected winner fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time award notification was sent, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Rights granted by you: By entering this contest you understand that Festival of Arts, Pageant of the Masters will have the right to re-post your entry on all of its social media platforms.
Terms: Festival of Arts, Pageant of the Masters reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time. In such case, Festival of Arts, Pageant of the Masters may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action taken.
