Digital Submission:
It is essential that the digital images of your
artwork are of the highest quality. Each
media application requires three separate
digital files of three different artworks.
Each digital file must be prepared for
submission as follows:
• Image size: Size digital file to 500 Pixels
(4 inches) width for the longest side of
horizontal artwork or 500 Pixels (4 inches)
height for vertical artwork.
• 125 dpi resolution
• Title the Image files with your last name and
1 (for left ) 2 (middle) or 3 (right) – this is the
sequence of images (no text on the actual
image.) See example.
• Save as JPEG RGB format at compression 8.
• Burn the three separate files to one CD,
label the CD with your name and medium
and submit with your application (use separate
applications for each medium).
