About the Class

Create a beautiful one-of-a-kind print! Using a variety of colorful handmade papers and hand cut relief blocks, students will learn the basics of monoprint, collage and overprint techniques in this creative printmaking class. Beginners and all levels are invited – take home your finished masterpiece!

Meet the Instructor

Noriho Uriu was born and raised in Japan. She received a BFA from the Musashino Art University in Toyko before moving to New York in 1987. In 1998, she moved to Orange County and has been focusing on printmaking since then. She became a member of the Los Angeles Printmaking Society in 2002 and has been actively showing her work in national and local juried exhibitions. She began exhibiting her artwork at the Festival of Arts in 2005.

Class Waiver

All students (or parent/guardian if student is under 18) are required to fill out and sign a waiver before they can participate in an Adult/Teen Art Workshop. Please complete and submit the waiver prior to the class for a more quick and easy check in process.
