The Festival of Arts brings to the stage some of Southern California’s most well-known tribute bands. Talented performers pay homage to music legends as they re-create popular songs. Whether you’re a die-hard fan or simply looking to enjoy great music, this series is sure to have you singing, dancing, and reminiscing. Saturday nights are a blast from the past at the Festival of Arts!
Performer: Surf City All Stars
The Surf City Allstars are not just a surf tribute band, they are the real deal! Philip Bardowell (guitar / vocals) was hand picked by Beach Boy Carl Wilson for the Beach Boys band and toured with them in the 90’s. David Logeman (drums) was hired by Beach Boy Mike Love in 1994. Chris Farmer (bass / vocals) toured for 12 years as the musical director for the Beach Boys. Aaron Broering (guitar / keys / vocals) is the newest super vocalist to join the Allstars.
The band plays the tunes you love with a love and authenticity that is infectious. And what better spot for Southern California beach music than Laguna Beach? Come join the fun – huarache sandals welcome!

Guaranteed seating is available by purchasing a ticket in the reserved section (“Nightclub” VIP seating). This ticket includes admission to the Festival of Arts Fine Art Show and the concert. Reservations must be made prior to 3:30pm the day of the performance. Limited free seating is available for each concert
