Youth Arts – Collage
July 26, 2017 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
| $15About the Class
Collage comes from the French word “coller” which means “to stick.” It is accomplished by gluing objects to a central backing. It’s an original way of “recycling,” transforming the ordinary into something new and extraordinary. In this exciting class your young artist will use newspapers, magazines, scrap and found papers to create original artworks. It might be a self-portrait, word collage, Matisse inspired work or still life. A collage is only limited by the imagination of the artist!
