November 3, 2014 – January 5, 2015
The Festival of Arts is pleased to announce a new exhibit at the Wells Fargo Bank in Laguna Beach entitled “Nature’s Majesty.” The exhibit is part of Art & Nature, a community-wide festival and conference presented by the Laguna Art Museum. The artwork of over 20 Festival of Arts exhibitors will be on display November 3, 2014 – January 5, 2015. The public is welcome to join the artists for a free reception on Saturday, November 16th, from 11 – 1pm at the Wells Fargo Bank.
The exhibit “Nature’s Majesty” focuses on Festival of Arts artists’ interpretation of nature in media that include painting, printmaking, mixed media, sculpture and photography. “It is a good example of how art and nature intersect,” said exhibit curator Tim Shockley. “Exhibitors represented in this show all use some aspect of nature in their creative process to produce original and thought provoking works of art.”
