Artist Biography:

Patrick Kelly was born in Paddington, London, England. As a young man he studied art and industrial design. In 1957, he immigrated to Canada, and to the United States in 1960. Over the years he has had various positions in the Industrial Design Field. Moving to Laguna Beach in the late 1960”s he pursued his passion for art. Patrick was an exhibitor at the Festival for 42 years. He also worked as a façade and grounds designer, consultant, and curator of the Permanent Art Collection until 2010.
