1. ELIGIBILITY:

The Mega March VIP Experience Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Festival of Arts (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM PT on March 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on March 31, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

  1. Automatic Entry with Purchase: Any individual who purchases one or more tickets to the 2025 Pageant of the Masters during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the drawing.
  2. Free Alternative Method of Entry: To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten postcard including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

    Mailed entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2025, and received by April 1, 2025 to be eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.

4. PRIZE:

Four (4) winners will each receive a VIP Experience during the 2025 Pageant of the Masters from July 5 to August 29, 2025 (excludes August 23, 2025). The package includes:

  • One (1) Reserved VIP parking space for a standard-sized vehicle on the winner’s performance date 
  • A backstage tour of the Pageant of the Masters after the performance for the winner and up to 30 guests.

The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for another date or service.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:

One (1) winner will be selected via a random drawing each week in March, for a total of four (4) winners. Drawings will take place on or about March 12, March 19, March 26, and April 2, 2025 from all eligible entries received up to that point. The selected winners will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) days of the drawing. Each winner must respond within five (5) days of notification. If a winner fails to respond within the given time frame, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or attempts to tamper with the sweepstakes process.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Festival of Arts, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of the prize.
