Terms and Conditions for Festival of Arts $150 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway Giveaway

Eligibility and Entry:
To be eligible to win a $150 Amazon Gift Card, you must join or renew your Festival of Arts membership between February 20, 2025 and March 14, 2025. Memberships can be completed online, by phone, or by mail (postmarked by March 14, 2025). All qualifying members will be automatically entered to win the $150 Amazon Gift Card. A random generator will select the winner on March 17, 2025.

No Purchase Necessary:

To enter without purchasing or renewing a membership, you may mail a 3×5-inch postcard with your full name, address, phone number, and email address to: Festival of Arts, Attn: Membership Department, 650 Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 14, 2025, and received by March 17, 2025, to qualify. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Prize Details:
The winner will receive a $150 Amazon Gift Card. The gift card will be sent to the winner’s address within 30 days of the drawing. No substitutions or exchanges will be made for the prize.

Tax Responsibility:
The winner is personally responsible for any taxes related to the prize. Prizes are considered earned income by the IRS and must be reported accordingly.

Additional Terms:
By entering, you agree to receive promotional communications from the Festival of Arts. The Festival of Arts reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the competition due to unforeseen circumstances. All prizes are subject to the Festival of Arts terms and conditions of sale. The Festival of Arts is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the gift card.
