Rent Our Facility

The Festival of Arts grounds and facilities are available for rent to qualified tax-exempt organizations for certain periods during the off-season. The Festival is a picturesque setting that can accommodate most events.

* Please Note: The facility does not have onsite parking. All events must close by the 9pm (M-Th) and 10pm (Fri-Sun) city-mandated curfew and abide by the Festival of Arts’ Sound Policy. No sound in excess of 70 decibels permitted.

The Festival of Arts Irvine Bowl is a beautiful outdoor amphitheater, and a good location for concerts, fundraisers, performances and more.  The Bowl is the home of the world-renowned Pageant of the Masters.

  • Seating Capacity: 2,629

  • Availability:  Last weekend of September through December 1

  • Stage Dimensions:  80’W x 40’D.

  • Includes:  Orchestra pit (62’10” x 17’10” x 8’6”d); dressing rooms, restrooms.

  • Not Included: Lighting and sound equipment

Forum Theater

The Festival of Arts Forum Theater is an intimate indoor theater. The Forum is a perfect place for performances, movie screenings, workshops, seminars, lectures, and more.

  • Seating Capacity: 236
  • Availability: Last weekend of September through April 30 (unavailable from December 15-December 31)

  • Stage Dimensions:  48’W x 23’D

  • Includes: Limited lighting and sound systems, dressing rooms and restrooms. No ADA access.

Event Pavilions/Art Exhibit

These open-air, covered pavilions are perfect for a variety of uses, such as art shows, galas, festivals and fundraisers. During the summer, this area is home to the Festival of Arts Fine Art Show.

  • Capacity: 3,000

  • Availability:  Last weekend of September through April 30 (unavailable from December 15-December 31)

  • Includes:  Peripheral lighting, restrooms, 5 counter tops

  • Not Included: Lighting and sound equipment

Stage and Green

An outdoor elevated stage, perfect for small concerts and fundraisers.

  • Capacity: 400

  • Availability:  Last weekend of September through April 30 (unavailable from December 15-December 31)

  • Stage Dimensions: Approximately 15’ x 20’

  • Includes:  Restrooms and amphitheater seating area.

  • Not Included: Lighting and sound equipment

Application Process

All applications are subject to approval by the Irvine Bowl Policy Committee. The Irvine Bowl Policy Committee is a joint committee of the Festival of Arts and the City of Laguna Beach. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
