Pageant Ticket Policies

  • No children under the age of four will be admitted into the theater. Every patron must have a ticket, sit in a seat, and be able to sit quietly throughout the entire performance.

  • No refunds for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation of show beyond our control and/or inclement weather. For cancelled performances, replacement tickets during the current season only will be offered based on availability. Unused tickets may be tax-deductible. Missed performances will not be rescheduled without prior approval.

  • It is the responsibility of the patron to arrive early enough to find parking.

  • The Pageant of the Masters is a non-profit arts organization and does not approve of personal or commercial enrichment through the resale of Pageant tickets. Ticket services, such as exchanges, reprints, and Will Call will not be extended to third parties.

  • It is the responsibility of the patron to adhere to the Festival of Arts House Rules.

  • For new and renewing members of the Festival of Arts, a portion of your membership dues may be tax-deductible. The membership year runs from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. Voting privileges extended to all members who reside in Orange County, California. One membership per individual. Membership is considered a donation and is therefore non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By visiting the Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Based on recent trends and guidance, our health and safety protocols may change at any time without notice as we continue to follow guidelines from the state of California and local health officials. Please be advised that patrons may experience a possible seat assignment change due to COVID-19 guidelines. Check our website for the latest updates.

Pageant Ticket Exchanges

  • Tickets may be exchanged up to 2 weeks prior to performance date subject to availability.

  • Tickets previously purchased at a discount will revert to regular price once promotion period has ended.

  • Patron is responsible for difference (if applicable).

  • There is a minimum of a $15 per ticket fee for each exchange.
