Ticket Policies

  • Missed performances will not be rescheduled without prior approval.
  • It is the responsibility of the patron to arrive early enough to find parking.
  • The Pageant of the Masters is a non-profit arts organization and does not approve of personal or commercial enrichment through the resale of Pageant tickets. Members reselling tickets for more than face value may have their memberships revoked.
  • Ticket services, such as exchanges, reprints, and Will Call will not be extended to third parties.
  • Purchasers who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their tickets and orders cancelled without notice. This includes orders associated with the same name, address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
  • No children under the age of four will be admitted into the theater. Every patron must have a ticket.
  • Tickets are purchased at patron’s own risk. No refunds for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation of show beyond our control and/or inclement weather. For cancelled performances, replacement tickets during current season only will be offered based on availability. Unused tickets are tax-deductible.
  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

  • It is the responsibility of the patron to adhere to the Festival of Arts House Rules.

Ticket Exchanges

  • Tickets may be exchanged up until two weeks prior to the performance date, subject to availability.
  • There is a $10 exchange fee per ticket.

  • If you cannot find a suitable exchange, you may donate your tickets back to the organization. We will provide a tax-deductible donation acknowledgement.
