Join the Festival of Arts for Artists on Artists, a new series at foaSOUTH, the Festival’s off-site gallery. Artist Kate Cohen will lead a fun, lively and intimate conversation about art and the creative process with a different Festival artist each month. Artist Mike Tauber will join Kate for Artists on Artists on January 6th.
Mike’s tile works not only exhibit advance illustration, but also a painterly appearance through his signature use of blended glazes rarely seen in this medium. Cohen will put Mike in the hot seat as she digs deep into the process for his award-winning Golden State landscapes and explores the thought process of Mike’s series of classic cars, which was added to his landscape series in 2020.
Experience Artists on Artists in-person at foaSOUTH Gallery located in Active Culture at 1006 S. Coast Hwy., Laguna Beach, CA 92651 or livestream it on the Festival of Arts Facebook page at 6pm. In alignment with California mandates, mask wearing indoors at foaSOUTH Gallery is required, regardless of vaccination status.
