Patrick Kelly, an acrylic painter, exhibited at the Festival of Arts for over four decades beginning in the 1960’s. His extensive travels and adventurous spirit is evident in his colorful and diverse work. Kelly also made outstanding contributions to the Festival of Arts, where he served as a board member, curator and membership director. Two of his works, “Series II” and “Monolith,” were purchased by the Festival for its Permanent Art Collection and will be on display at foaSOUTH alongside recent works created in his Palm Springs studio.

“It is a pleasure to have the opportunity to organize an exhibit of Patrick Kelly’s artwork,” said exhibit curator Pat Sparkuhl. “His ability to explore creative possibilities seems unlimited. With these works, both design and color application are skillfully combined with a personalization of the image, resulting in a stimulating composition.”
