ARTIST BIO

Carey Schneider is a photographer that has developed an eye for the extraordinary within the ordinary. His lens serves as a conduit between reality and artistry. He has captured and produced artistic images in the realms of landscape, architecture, cityscape and street environments. His photographic journey is a commitment to capturing the essence of the world around him.

His work weaves together the lines of architectural marvels, the dynamic energy of city streets and the serenity of vast landscapes. Carey’s enthusiasm for black and white photography is evident in his portfolio, where he skillfully utilizes contrasts to evoke a timeless quality in his images. Whether he is documenting the symmetry of cityscapes or the beauty of nature, his work endeavors to capture the soul of each subject.

One of his images received “Highly Commended” recognition in the USA Landscape Photographer of the Year contest. Smithsonian Magazine has selected some of his images for use in their publication.

Carey currently has art on display in a private residence gallery in Venice, Italy.
